Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome! Contact me directly if you see something you like, but would like a different color or setting type. I’ll work with you to create something unique.

Packaging

My stud earrings are packaged on earring cards, then inside a cotton lined jewelry gift box. They are ready for gift wrapping.

Bracelets are wrapped in tissue paper.

If your item is being shipped directly as a gift, i can do the gift wrapping for you and even send a special note. Just make let me know at checkout. 🙂

Shipping

Right now, most items are made to order and shipped out within 5 days of ordering. I ship USPS First Class within the US, unless you choose a faster shipping option. Custom or large orders may take a few days longer to ship out.

Wrong or damaged items

If there is an error or damaging in the product that you receive, let me know as soon as possible and i’ll resend you the correct items asap. Jewelry is not returnable due to hygienic reasons.

Care Instructions

My items are fashion jewelry and will last much longer if cared for carefully. 
Some tips:
1) Do not wear jewelry while showering, swimming, applying makeup, lotion, hair products or perfume. It should be the last thing you put on and first you take off at night. 
2) Store ‘like’ type metals together (rose gold plated together)
3) wipe gently with a clean cloth after wearing to rid of any body oils.

Complaints

If you are every unhappy with your order for any reason, contact me directly with your concern. I work hard to respond to messages ASAP, usually within 24 hours. I want my customers to be happy, so we’ll work together to resolve the issue.

Where is my order?

I often get emails wondering why they haven’t received their order yet. You should get an email with a tracking number, if you don’t contact me directly. After i put orders in the mail, its out of my hands on how long they take to arrive to customers. 

First class shipping is supposed to be 3-5 and Priority 1-3 days to U.S, but at times packages are stuck at a post office, or gets misplaced in the mail. This can cause a delay in receiving it. 

If you feel like you should have received your package already, take a look at the tracking. If it is stuck somewhere, it can sometimes take around 2 weeks to receive. Shoot me a message if it is taking an unusually long time.
